It is set with a gorgeous red, black and cream stone having thunderibrds at the sides. It is a size 9.5, face measures about 7/8h by 5/8w, stamped sterlign w/ bell trading co. Hallmark, weighs 15 grams adn is in excellent vintage condition, showing some wear from use.
